Patty Finch, employee at Central Pharmacy, recently received Employee of the Month honors from the Carrington Chamber & EDC. The nomination stated, “Patty gives exceptional customer service. She always greets you with a smile. She always takes into consideration your feelings over her own. She makes sure that the gift, home décor, or over the counter medication that you specifically want is in stock and if not, she will try her best to get it for you. You can tell she is 100% dedicated to her job and it surely shows!” Patty received congratulations, a framed certificate and $20 in Carrington Cash from the CCEDC.
Recently, the Carrington Chamber & EDC held a ribbon cutting at Studio Five on August 5th to recognize the expansion and new location. You can now find Studio Five at 1318 Main Street (the east entrance of the building). The Carrington Chamber & EDC held a ribbon cutting on August 5 at Main Street Laundry to recognize their new business. They are located at 1318 Main Street (the north entrance of the building). There are five washing machines and five drying machines, an ATM and change dispenser. We are fortunate to have a service like this back in our community. Recently, a new bakery opened in Carrington. Sunshine Sweets, located at 61 4th Ave N., offers home baked items such as donuts, caramel rolls, long johns and more. Owner, Christy Fritza, has now added lunch specials too. Carrington Chamber Ambassadors stopped by on Thursday, May 23 to congratulate Christy Fritza on her new business and

They are now located at 28 10th Ave South (in the southwest portion of Central Pharmacy). Many services for men and women are available: IV Therapy, vitamin injections, Botox/Dysport, Dermal Filler, SkinPen, VI Peel, Hydrafacial, Spray Tanning and Medical Weight Loss. A ribbon cutting was held at the new location of Gabby Hewitt’s UpNorth Therapies during their open house on Tuesday, April 23. Chamber Ambassadors toured the new facility located at 6709 1/2 Hwy 200 Carrington. Many new services will be offered in addition to speech therapy for all ages. Rhonda Norton will be joining the practice as well utilizing massage and other modalities.
